What an honour – my favourite time in 2023 – being invited to participate in the exhibition Fadeing into Eigengrau at the Kindl Center for contemporary art. From 23rd-25th June, the KINDL Kesselhaus hosted “Fading Into Eigengrau”, as part of 48h Neukölln. Inspired by this year’s festival theme “Play(ground)”, the exhibition inhabits new room structures, in which the playfulness of the space has been created/re-created through colours, new methods, Kitsch and movement. Coming from the question of “How can someone create a personal space in physical and psychological level?” the KINDL Kesselhaus became a bridge between inner and outer self.
